Probably the saddest post from me ever...Chang Jun-Lin is no longer with us..heart attack while resting at the hotel..
RIP champion😢 Edit: cause of death may be actually a stroke and not heart attack...doesnt matter much, gone too soon :(

Just read Fedor Gorst’s post on Facebook; what a class act by a classy gentleman. I know I will miss seeing Chang compete as I’m sure many of you will. May he rest in peace.

One of the greatest talents our sport has ever seen.
Pool is a beautiful game, but also a tough one. Behind the focus and precision, many of us learn to hide our struggles well.
You’ll be deeply missed, Chang.
The bolded part stood out to me a bit. Is there an implication there?

Also, pretty quick cause of death determination, but perhaps any discussion that way should wait.

RIP, Chang Jung-Lin. You were always a pleasure to watch and are gone way too soon.

Awful news. I liked watching Chang play. His match on the Bigfoot at Derby City vs. SVB around 2019 was world class. One of the few times SVB looked out-gunned.

Rest in Peace, Chang Jung-Lin.
We are saddened by the news of the loss of a world champion player in the pool community.
Over the years, he participated in and won some of our events.
He was one of the top elite players in 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball of this generation, and his absence will be deeply felt.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends during this challenging time.
