I heard Robb and Jessie are playing for 5k down in Miami. Who knows how it's going?

Oh, that would be Rob and Jose. You know it's so disrespectful to not bother to LEARN people's names and how to pronounce them correctly.

I know one guy who changed his name to an "American" name because none of the rednecks around him bothered to learn to say his name. That's just stupid for someone to have to change their name because people are too lazy to TRY and speak it correctly. Oh, and his original name is Mahn, pronounced 'mon'. How hard is that?

Robb who and Jessie who?

It's Robb Saez and Jessie. Jessie has no last name. They are supposed to be playing 10 ball in Miami, starting tonight around 8 pm.

Big match

The match did not happen. Apparently the "away" player didn't feel comfortable playing at Hollyoods (or in Hollywood?). Jesse is a hispanic player who does not wear a glove.

Niether...Melrose and Padilla in South Florida. Winner was the latter.

Wait a minute. Are we talking about Jesse Padilla who is supposed to be living in Mexico, who also lived in Baton Rouge for some time when Lambert was around? Seriously, that Jesse Padilla is old as the hills and can't possibly still be playing top speed pool. ;-)

It was Jessie Ventura and Rob Zombie. They played 10 ahead for Hulk Hogan's daughter.

He deinitely is Mexican and pretty sure he was in B.R. for awhile. He may have been Pan American champion once or twice and i'd guess he is in early 50's.

Are you getting on him about calling someone named Jose 'Jesse', or someone named Rob 'Robb'?

Clarification

to be clear, Jessie was supposed to play Robb, with two "b"s, but one of them decided not to play. this match was supposed to have been played at the pool hall Hollywood (I believe). A day or two prior to that, Jessie played some guy 16 hours emerging the winner. From the messages here, I figure that was Rob with one "b". Jessie goes by Jessie, or Jesse, and not Jose. I suppose all this blur and fog is good for pool players in general, but I hope this is clear for this thread.

So basically what you are saying is that this thread had no point in the first place (except to confuse people) since they never even played.
