For my birthday I received a cue. Unfortunally something went wonky and it broke...the details/theories can been seen here Click for Backstory..

I emailed Robin and within an hour she had responded saying that a new cue would be on the way! I offered to pay for shipping, and she said dont worry about it! Having a response and someone willing to help this day and age are amazing. Maybe I'm just used to dealing with certian Cuemakers. With all the horror stories lately, its nice to know that someone is out there still provides Customer Service.

Now I gotta say, I'm not a jump cue guy...The only reason I have the ones I do are because they are part of my Meucci collection. This cue however will be part of my arsenal for the table. I usally jump with an old full size viking, but this thing....Wow....Its like you dont have to do anything. The balls practically jump themselves. Amazing Cue.

Thanks again Robin! I'll be ordering your DVD next week (gotta get a DVD Player first....Unless you offer it on VCR tape). I hope I see you at the US Open (just not on the same table)

She is a great person but do you really feel she is responsible for the cue breaking. From the looks of the cue I would think the retailer would take it back in a minute. Instead Robin has to go into her pocket for a cue she didn't even sell. Do her a favor and don't order a DVD, you will only come on here later saying it arrived scratched.

How do you know she didnt sell it? I think she did. http://www.robindodson.com/ Unless someone is impersonating her online.

Nobody within 100 miles has these for sale. He bought it online (well actually my wife ordered it he paid for it). I asked specifically for that cue. You Type in Robin Dodson Tadpole Cue on google and her website is the first 3 links to come up. Followed by several AZB Pages that direct you to her website....

A better question is how did you manage to stay in 1988? That must be a bad ass time machine you have. Who doesn't have a DVD player?

I bet your VHS tapes sit right beside your members only jacket :)

I don't DVD player also never had a VHS player.
