I've only seen JL charge when she has a booth or an appearance time slotted in someone's booth to sell the posters and cue balls. Weekend before last at the BCA expo she was signing everything people put in front of her with a smile on her face.JAM said:She doesn't charge them for autographs per se, but she does charge $10 for a color poster.
I think it's a pretty good deal, considering the quality of the poster paper, which is actually quite thick. I don't know how she makes a profit considering what it would cost to get those printed. She had two or three different posters to choose from too. Then there were pre-signed cue-balls which were available as well.
After each of Jeanette's matches concluded, she remained at the front of the room for 30 minutes to an hour, posing for autographs -- FREE -- autographing hand-brought items -- FREE -- and then her signing the pre-printed posters. I think they're a nice keepsake, especially for 10 clams.

At the end of a taping session JL was walking alone on the tv set on her way to exit the tv set area. A woman called JL over to compliment her and tell her what a big fan she was. JL took the glove off that she was wearing and handed it to the lady. The woman could not have been happier. LOL, I watched it all happen just a couple of feet from me but the woman didn't know that. A few min later while watching another event, the woman was standing beside me and told me and anyone else that would listen, that JL gave her that glove.
I don't always agree with JL's outlook on things or even the way she can act at times (we all have our moments, no one is perfect) but she really does try to make her fans happy when she's not playing a match.

At the Turning Stone, the whole family was in attendance. When Jeanette is in the pit, George is taking care of little Cheyenne, about 2 years old, and when George is competing, Jeanette keeps Cheyenne entertained and happy. I couldn't help but wonder how difficult it must be to travel with a little one, but the two of them seem to want to keep their family together as much as possible. I kind of like that.
I've gotta say that I was very surprised to see Jeanette defeat Shawn Wilkie from Maryland, but she did it in fine style. Of course, the whole crowd was pulling for her, which I know put a little heat on "Get Some," Shawn's new nickname. He wasn't wearing his trademark shirt.
I sweated a couple of Jeanette's matches. She came with the tough shots when she had to, and I was impressed with her strategic pattern play. Many of the spectators enjoyed pulling for Jeanette, which was tough on any player she was competing against. She is quite animated when in the pit, full of emotion, and I like that too.
The Turning Stone Resort and Casino has grown into a topnotch facility, staying 99-percent booked year-round. It started out as a bingo hall and cigarette stand in a tent about 12 short years ago, and you should see it now. The PGA held the BC Open there a few weeks ago at the Turning Stone golf course, which Johnny Archer and Shawn Putnam played on while they were visiting. Then there's a spa with all the amenities for the ladies. I enjoy the shops and restaurants too. I noticed that many of the players took a dip in the indoor swimming pool and sauna.
Here's a pic of Ray Halbritter, CEO of the Oneida Indian Nation of New York and a graduate of Harvard Law School. He's the top guy at Turning Stone Resort and Casino. I was standing outside when he pulled up in a white Caddie. That's his summer car, I was told.
I was wearing my Native American shoes that I bought coming home from Vegas a few weeks ago when I was introduced to him. He noticed them immediately and complimented me when he saw my feet wearing my beloved Indian beaded shoes. He was gracious enough to let me snap his picture.

I'm definitely not a professional photographer, and sometimes I try to take snapshots incognito. Here's one that I took when Michael Webb donated a cue to the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, accepted by Ted, the events manager. That's Joss Tour TD Mike Zuglan with the microphone in his hand. I kept asking Mike to sing a little Sinatra for me, but he never did. His lady told me that we were all better off not hearing Mike sing. 
I was told that this custom-made Webb cue was a gift to Ray Holbritter the Turning Stone CEO, thanks to Michael Webb. That's a mighty nice gesture on Michael's part!

Here's a shot of Keith chatting with Marvelous Marlon Manalo. Marlon was probably one of the favorites to win this event. Marlon always speaks to me when I run into him on the tournament trail. He's a gentleman player, and I like his style. Here in this shot, Marlon and Keith are standing in front of one of the huge posters of one of the six feature players for this event, Ralf Souquet.

I cannot believe that I didn't snap one of the lovely Jennifer Baretta. I'm always hesitant to snap pictures of the pros, being that I have no idea how to turn my flash off. So I try to get them at the end of the day when they don't have to compete anymore, so as not to blind them before a match.
Here is the poster of Jennifer Baretta. I was chatting with her a bit, and she said the poster may be a bit misleading in that she's currently with child. She's due in December, and she's still a beauty, even more so as a new mother. She ended up winning a tough match which went hill-hill. After the match concluded, she told me that it was a little tougher than one might think. The whole time she was playing, her baby boy was kicking up a storm in her belly!

Here's Keith and Joey Korsiak a/k/a "Joey K." This pic was taken on the offs, between matches, but when Joey is in the pit, he's always dressed to the nines. He's a really nice guy too! I look forward to seeing Joey at the U.S Open this year. He's a tournament soldier and is capable of getting there at any event he competes in.

Here's another player whose picture I didn't get at the Turning Stone. I didn't want to snap a flash in his eyes when he was competing.
I joked around with Shawn Putnam and said, "Man, that is one cool poster of you out in the front hallway," to which he replied, "I'd love to bring it home with me." Well, Shawn, just in case you didn't sneak out with the 20-foot poster, here's a snapshot of it. Shawn came in third place and had a very good tournament!

I was at the tournament for the first day only but was able to take a few photos of players in action. I have about 90 photos but don't want to put them up here as it would take up too much bandwidth.
Does anyone know how to setup one of those photo slide show sites that I can them put up a link here so you all can see them?
