Am I the only one that thinks these posts about a 'personal' news page belong in a pool forum?
Maybe once in a while.. but it is like this news post is getting to be a daily thing.
It looks like this guy just created links to Mr Long's Youtube video pages.

If it's ok with the powers that be, Mike and the Moderators, well it's ok with me.
Personally, if I was using somebody else's website to advertise or sell my products, I would at least throw them a bone. Maybe join as a member or make a donation to the site.
I like the fact that argonath is doing local stuff, for me anyway. It gives me some local news about the Phownix bars and pool halls.:thumbup:

My column is supposed to be local... all things pool and billiards in the city of Phoenix, AZ.
Roger is a long-time member of the Phoenix billiards scene, so for my readers on the Examiner, he is a great source to use for pool instruction.
Im thankful he has put out different instructional series for free on Youtube... he normally charges as a certified instructor.

Thanks for supplying the link, Roger is one of the good guy's and he does a great deal for pool . I think he certainly deserves the recognition and much more, but lets face it these guy's do what they because of their love for the sport.

those videos are about as useful as a 1 legged man in an arse kicking contest.
I got my first ever red rep for this post. TomInCinci did not like my stand on the original posters link, basically free speech on AZ. "how snide..." was the comment ........ I would never make a good Internet cop. I guess I am just to open to others.
Roger is sharing info and what I saw would be helpful especially to a new player. Now it might not be good for you and your current level but it could help some players.
Also as to the original poster pointing to a page that assembles links to Rogers videos. He pulled it all together and gave props to Roger. Not claiming anything for himself appears to be an idex that guides people to some basic training videos. I thought that was what this entire AZ was about pool for players. How could this possibly be a bad thing, the system has the tools builtin to link to other pages. All of these links spawn a new window so your original window is still pointing at AZ.
