Ronnie not playing, who should be invited

I think #1 on the alternate list is Alex, although he is supposed to be committed to play in an Asian tournament. #2 would be Ortman, if he applied. Then there's Fong Pang Chao.

However, I think it would cause some hard feelings if they just plucked someone from the alternate list, no matter who they are or how good they are, and didn't take one of the other 107 IPTers. IMHO, the alternate should be required to come and sit in the audience and then play in January.

My picks to replace Ronnie would be Santos or Lely.
