Ronnie O' ..............!!!

I told this gonna happen when i tested Taom.

Well, I'll stick with Magic because snooker is a different animal altogether. In pool, you have a different weight/size of the balls, break shots with the different tips used, jump cues and all that. I don't like to carry more than one chalk with me and Taom IMHO is inferior when used on the phenolic tip of a jump cue. I don't see any advantages on the regular player compared to Magic either and it is more than 3 times the price. I also hate that it's round which means it rolls off when it falls down. It may be the right chalk for snooker but I doubt that it is for pool.

WPBSA and the venue had press release stating that they regretted Ronnie saying bad things about the venue while the other players said nothing negative which makes it sound like Ronnie was just whining....
On the other hand a friend of mine who has a very close relationship with top snooker pro told me that things Ronnie said were actually true (smell of urine in the venue, cables everywhere around practice tables..). So go figure:frown:

Alex Lely is commentating the match. What a shame the Eurosport won't let anybody else in the world watch it.

Ronnie speaks his mind, and some of us Ronnie fans love it. He may regret it, only because it got such publicity. Everything Ronnie does is scrutinized by the press. It's hard being a celebrity sometimes.

Quarterfinals today. Ronnie O'Sullivan v Luo Honghao at 3 p.m., Eastern Time.

The blue-blooded Eurosport jerks have banned USA from watching their precious live stream.

There's a group in Malaysia that streams it for us poor plebeians.

Shove it where the sun don't shine, Eurosport. Typical!
Link?????,,,,,,,,,,

In all the snooker matches I've watched I've never noticed that...

In other news... is it a rule or just a custom that they never leave chalk on the rails?

Ronnie's one of a kind.. those Z shot safeties... and most snooker players
carry their own chalk.. vest pocket. Which leads me to imagining top
One Pocket players wearing dress clothes and a vest while playing..
just think of TRex wearing a vest, dress shirt and a tie!.. just sayin'

Ronnie on fire at the moment hitting the ball beautifully withe breaks of 118, 90 after a couple of errors by Luo, gotta feel for the young kid he looks a little bewildered.

Update, after the last two shots actually I think Luo has lost it all together now.

Watching Ronnie's latest 147 I am reminded of the guy who questioned whether Mosconi was really that good, because he never saw him make a tough shot.
