Really enjoyed book titled "Ronnie". You really get into the head of the man & the struggle to play at that level. Ronnie like most of us has many personal demons & he strips himself bare in his battle. The book could be about any endeavor but was special to me because it has the cue sports as a vehicle. Best read since" Playing off the rail".

seems to be a common thread about the best of the best starting very young! I don't know very much about the celebs of snooker, but I think I will be buying this book.

Ronnie also has a website. Also looking forward to the Alex Higgins Auto. I have a DVD of Alex Higgins winning the World Snooker Title in "82. Great commentary & footage. I would burn copies for anybody intersted for 10.00 US shipped.
 
hey gerry its that irish bum ray I have ronnie's book so let me know how we can meet up and I will give it to you. He is really honest and open in it, not like the cocky little ass I played in the 1990 UK juniors (he didn't make many friends that day) I will be in Drexeline this Thurs afternoon
