They probably couldnt help you since they are over 1000 kilometres away.

As far as I know there arent any pool rooms in Rota but to be sure you could ask Ed Smith (CalifonEd1@aol.com, who is a National Head Referee for the BCA Pool Leagues. His email address is publicly available on the playbca.com website)

He has a house in or near Rota.

sorry, i haven't been to rota since '82 so im sure things have changed a bit.
