is there any certain way you are supposed to rack the balls..if so how....and wat are all the rules....or how do the filipinos play

Rack formation

The one ball at the apex of the rack on the foot spot. The two and three balls at the back corners (two on the racker's right and the three on the racker's left). The fifteen ball goes in the middle. All other balls random.

we used to rack it like this:

2 4 6 5 3
7 9 10 8
11 15 12
13 14
1

But now DPP's correct -- random placement of balls make the rack less predictable.
