ya a porter cable router. they are very easy to mount. All you need is a half inch square bar and a screw and your off and running. here's a link

all you need to do is take some half inch square stockdrill a hole in it put a screw though the hole and mount it onto the router cause the router has a threaded hole on it..Mount that to your lathe and you ready to go.. That simple..

Willee, can I assume you want an el-cheapo mount as well? Just get some aluminum angle stock say 3x3 inches and 4 or 5 inches long. Drill some holes in the bracket so that 1/4 20 screws go through the back to hold a smaller square stock for tool holder. One side should of bracket should support the bottom of router and one on tool post side. Now for the cheap part. Use a couple of large hose clamps to go round the body of el cheapo and the bracket. It may not be pretty but it should work. Please post pictures no matter what you do.

Thanks Guys ... I see how easy it would be to mount the Porter Cable laminate trimmer to the tool post.

These 2 routers are basically the same except for the plastic. I found the dewalt at a Lowes store for $79, and It is pretty much the same router as My porter. Mounts the same way too with the large thumbscrew. I just replace the thumbscrew with a hex head bolt, and bolt them to My brackets.

I originally got It because the bearings went out in My porter, and I needed something fast to replace it. I couldn't find the porters locally, except for that kit deal with all the attatchments, and it was over $200, so I grabbed the dewalt for $79 seeing that they were the same design. It worked out well, and member here sent me a set of bearings for the old porter, and I swapped those out, so I ended up with 2 routers out of the deal. I can always use more though
