the porter cable 7310 router and the dewalt cousin are set to be discontinued... I have read good things about the ridgid 2401. So I bought one and a cnc spindle mount from Probotix. I built the angle mount for my Hightower lathe and put it together. This is the result.

No I am not making any more of them.... also Probotix raised their prices $20 on all their CNC router mounts a week after I bought mine. I paid $79 for the one I have.
