Forget about cue stick or billiard related. Most all are stock items from manufactures. look at places like this

Even the 3/8 x 16 threaded bumper is just a common bumper a cue maker discovered. You may find something so neat you will want to market it to other cuemakers.

Fisher cues here on AZ has some nice Brown ons. Jim
