I am looking for a different type of grip. Like a sheet rubber gasket material. Does anyone have any suppliers or suggestions where I can get it?

I have some cork embeded recycled gasket material but the coloring is too light. Feels great but looks eh....

Thickness of 0.025"-0.031"

Black in color preferably.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

A good auto parts store will have it. Cork-rubber is one of the best feeling and functioning wraps there is, IMO.

Gonna sound crazy and painstaking to do but I just did a wrap with stuff called... FlexRex.....79 cents for 10 yds at craft store...Its basically a flexible version a "gimp" that platic stuff kids making keychains out of...Looks like stack leather but feels like rubber.. Comes in a bunch of colors even clear...amde by Rexlace... Make sure you get the one that says flexrex its stretchy. Got it at Michaelc Arts and Crafts. Enjoy

Thank you...

Thank you for the suggestions so far. The composite cork that Mueller's offers is the perfect texture but too light for the cue I want to put it on. Jim Buss has some of that in stock and gave me a sample to lay on the cue to check the color. If I could find that in all black that would be perfect. If I cannot get it I might go with stacked leather. My cue has Ebony and dark stained maple with malachite so all pretty dark colors. I will have to hit some auto supply places first and see what they have.
