Probably the best cushions ever made IMHO. If it's not damaged it's definitely worth reusing.

I agree with Jay that Manhattan cushion was a very good quality cushion but
i have seen many deteriorated sets over the years. How did it play when you took it off? Do a visual for cracking,dry rotten etc. Rubber sometimes looks o.k on the outside but dry rotten in the center.
It takes time to properly install,face and cover rails so make sure you are not wasting time by installing deteriorating cushion. Artemis makes an excellent quality cushion as does Diamond.
