iusedtoberich AzB Silver Member Silver Member Sep 20, 2017 #2 Yes, definitly a foul with a penalty of a 1 ball deduction from your score. Its not ball in hand though. Incoming player plays from where the CB rests. (I'm 95% on this one, its been a while since I played banks...)

B barrymuch90 AzB Silver Member Silver Member Sep 21, 2017 #3 It's not ball on hand(it never is even on a scratch, it's like one pocket fails in the sense it's behind the line) if you simply don't hit a ball or don't get a rail it's a penalty of owing the ball but you play the cueball from wherever it stops.
