Rule clarification if you can help me or reference me. Does Texas express nine ball rules still apply to most nine ball? Question is my opponent broke down his cue after breaking and scratching last night in the final game of the match. He did this in my eyesight line and has a uni loc cue and with violant motion like three twists of the cue in front of me as I approached the table. Can you reference this for me and show me this somewhere in print if this constitutes loss of game in most normal situations?
He stated that only applies to tourney play and I said no it applies period.
Any input would be appreciated,
Cheers
