More like the out-of-date Billiard Congress of America website

I think the rules on the BCA website (http://bca-pool.com/?page=54) are up to date except possibly for WPA changes made this past year. I see, for example, that the BCA still has the old 10-Ball rule that legally pocketing the called 10-ball on any shot is a win.

But for the 5-second stuff under discussion in this thread (1.7, 1.8, 8.3), it looks like they are up to date.

Chris is a great guy... I've been to his place a few times... I wish I had more free time to enter his tourneys....... I'm in Wilkes county, and its about a 40 minute drive but coaching kids basketball through the winter months takes up my evenings for their practice...... I played Chris in the finals one night and he's a player.......
