Runde-Era Schon Wanted

Well, everyone that originally wanted my Runde has backed out of it.

The E-bay guy never came forward to pay for his auction.

Mine is back up for sale.

1986 R8. Textured leather wrap. Professionally refinished a few months ago. 3 shafts, 1 of the shafts is 3" longer than the 2 factory shafts. Ebony 4 point with 4 veneers on top of the points. The most highly figured birds eye maple forearm I have ever seen on a Schon......

I can't find my original post for it.

MEmbers here wanted to do an AZBilliards auction on it and it got to $701.00 before someone PM'd me from here wanting it, then called me and backed out of it 2 days later..............

Still up for sale and STILL in a shipping tube wanting to be shipped....

I know and good point. I said it that way to not confuse everyone, because the term has become so common! I have Spain's manuscript as well. I've posted some photo's and ideas in the cue maker section.

Comes with all 3 shafts. The 2 factory shafts were taken down prior to me oening them. They are both at 12MM now and one of them "pictured" was refinished with the cue. The 3rd shaft was just made by Evan Clark @ Schon and is exactly 13MM, Schon tip and is 32" long. Evan said he will take that shaft down to what ever length and diameter anyone wants for only $40.00.

One of the nicest looking and playing Schons you will ever see or play with...

My Schon - Runde?

Chris, I have this cue that looks exactly same as SR7 on your site. It also looks similar to SL-22 listed on second Blue Book. Anyway to tell the difference? Can you PM me what this cue is worth? Thanks!

Well, I think you found your cue -SR7 from 1990. It's pretty fancy but I have no idea what it's worth. For sure you can send it to Evan Clarke info@schoncues.com to get more info. Looks like this cue was made while they were switching over to pantograph inlays.

Scotty - same thing plus did you spot it at these pages I did?

I will. I plan to post some pics of my "blended family" of cues in the cue gallery very soon.

mine looks just like the sp46 from 1990.......except the wood is darker and the points are darker too, but the ring work and the uneven points are all the same. So would that make mine a runde era schon prob?
