Gus liked to play Gin. He played lots of guys. I thought Bob was from the Midwest and Gus from New York. Not 100% sure about Bob.

Any chance anyone of the two migrated in the 80's or earlier?

Bob Runde...

When I first started going to Terry Romine's original poolroom on Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, WI, I met Bob Runde. This would have been the summer of 1978. He started making cues there in the back room of Romine's High Pockets and Schon Cues was born. Thought he was a Wisconsin native, never asked him. He still lives there last I heard. Hope he does, I want to look him up when I will be there in July.

Bob moved to the Northwest several years ago. I think he is in the Seattle area now, making Runde cues.
