Is it possible to pause, restart, or fast forward? Also, it would be great to listen to RR when going over the forum threads, seemingly I found out the hard way.

You should be able to pause, rewind, fast foward and listen to while browsing the forums. The slider on the flash app has a scroll that lets you FF RW, and stop/play.

The show is offered as a podcast also... can be loaded to an IPod or MP3 player and listened to whenever/wherever. Easily managed for play, pause, etc.
