I just got hold of a few. What's your take on this ferrule? Any comments would be appreciated fellas.

Hello Mr. Thighs
They are very nice ferrules....stay very clean & chalk wipes off easily. Seem durable as well...I've used many and yet to see one with any problems. Nice hitting too.

... Heyyy there Kevin... Thanks for your input. I'm going to try these out pretty soon

Too heavy and too hard for my liking as a playing ferrule.
Great for breakers I think.

I have one on my playing cue, left it capped, and it hits a little on the hard side, but it seems to play good.

I have one on a 314-2 with a sniper tip. The hit (you know that hyper-subjective thing everybody talks about) is garbage compared to the solid maple shaft on my Carmeli that Ryan modified for me. Obviously take this with a grain (or spoonfull) of salt since I'm comparing a modified LD shaft with a modified solid maple shaft.

The maple shaft has a LBM ferrule btw. The Saber-T has resisted chalk a little better over the years, but I take good care of my cues so neither is dirty.
