Anyone Know the Seller?

Hello,

I bought and received this DVD, but the DVD has not been burned so there is no data on it. Bummer, I was all set to lock myself in a room to watch this puppy. Probably an honest mistake, but I have sent several emails & tried contacting the seller through eBay since last Friday with no response.

Maybe they are on vacation or other travels, which would explain the no response, but I'm getting a little concerned. They may have even honored my request and the DVD is in route, but since there has been no response to my emails, I have no way of knowing that.

If anyone knows the seller, please forward this to them or contact me directly (PM) with an answer or their phone number. I sure would like this resolved because I am excited to see the DVD.

I hope it was just an honest mistake, but it doesn't say much for their Quality Control. I was thinking about ordering a DVD myself, but I may wait to see if they take care of your situation. I hate to see people get ripped off and I hope you get what you paid for ASAP.
 
looks like the first poster D Kolacz is the seller try to pm him, good luck and let us know what you think about the dvd. Leonard

I believe it is an honest mistake since others have received theirs and seem to be happy. It's just frustrating that there has been no reply to my many messages. I'm confident this will be resolved and by no means have I started this thread to disparage the seller...I just want to make contact.

I just PM'd D Kolacz. We'll see what happens.

Great Dvd!

I recieved mine over a week ago.....it's just fine and very entertaining :)

I'm sure these guys will make it right with you -- unfornutately, mistakes do happen :eek: :D ;)
 
I watched mine and enjoyed it very much. Ordered the other one yesterday.

Just received a return PM from DKolacz saying what they stated above, so we're cool. I can't wait to sit down & enjoy it. It sounds great.
