The Samsaras are better constructed and use much higher quality materials than either of those you mentioned; however I did expect more attention to detail and better playability from the Samsara name.

thanks what cues would u recommend for someone i n the 400 dollar price range either new or used production or custome and btw how are those phillipino custom cues ive been hearing good things and the prices arent too bad

Of course I'm biased but a custom cue maker can make a fantastic plain cue for that and depending on the maker it will be night and day difference to production cues. The attention to detail and tone and balance is what your looking for. I have made very solid playing house cue conversions for as little as 250 before....feel free to call with questions
