Samsara Cues

Something no one has mentioned here. The customer service at Samsara.

I sent in a lady's older Samsara cue that some hack had refinished for her. What a disaster. The finish was wrinkled and they had sanded off the Samsara logo.The joint finish on all 3 shafts was chipped.

I sent it in to Samsara along with 3 original shafts. The cue was back to me in less than 3 weeks. The finish was impeccable and the Samsara logo was back on the butt. The shafts were reconditioned and as good as new.

They shipped it back to me before I paid them..... Great people to talk to on the phone and were very personable............ Ask to speak to Lori.... it's like talking to your sister.............. LOL

loved dealing with them....................... oh yea.... the price was reasonable too....

I would hate for that to be the deciding factor on whether I buy a samsara cue but it's an important point to consider, I think I'll still buy one :D

If I still played mainly in a poolroom, it'd still be my player. It's just that some of our league locations can be a little sketchy. I was never really concerned with it being stolen since my cues never leave my sight. I was more concerned with some drunk idiot stumbling into it and it being damaged.
