San Antonio Pool Rooms

AZ'ers I will be going to San Antonio for a few years. Need to know of good places to place on the South side of town. I will be living in the Pleasanton or South side of San Antonio. I am looking for a place to play One Pocket on 9 footers.---Smitty

no real 9 footers on south side, but there is Bananas if u want one pocket action it is on san pedro.

There are some good one-pocket players there. Once in a while you might get Sylver Ochoa and Gabe Owen dropping by to play. They have 3 9' tables now and are in the process of getting another one. We might be having a One-Pocket Tournament there in November/December.

i agree with both above posts, bannanas is the place to go for one pocket action, or any kind of action in general, if you're willing to drive, you can find a tournement every night of the week at different places.
