Sandming Material?

Could anyone tell me what kind of sanding material is used on this tool here?

It is described as "coated sanding belt material", but I was hoping someone could be more specific.

And yes, I'd like to make one for myself since the shaping tools in the link above are only available with a dime radius. :)

Reddish-Brown coated sanding belt material...........

if you're wanting to make your own, there's an easier method that doesn't take up so much space in your cue case. go to your building supply and buy short lenghts of pvc pipe in nickel and dime sizes. split them open and glue sandpaper in each half. try different grit sandpapers to find which one you can use best.
