Sardo Tight Rack

Got to try a Sardo Yesterday, it Name is Appropriate. Racks TIGHT with little effort.... ;)

The place that I work for used to sell Sardo racks, and it was my job to accompany the product and 'install' it on the buyers tables. In my opinion, the Sardo works really well for a tournament that will be over in 3-4 days. After time, the rack needs to be reset, and repeating this over and over again will leave your cloth with dimples that are impossible to rack on. I wouldn't recommend using the rack for a table that is set up in an establishment or at home in a situation where the rag stays on the table for a considerable amount of time.

...If anyone can think of things that would be worth putting some money towards once the table is in, that would also be great to read.

Retail store type security cameras can be purchased for around $100 these days. I got one of these and connected it to my VCR. Then I shot break shots using a perfect rack each time. Then played back in slow motion.

Very good way to learn what is going on with those breaks...

Like others have said, shhhhhhhhh i can rack those babies up better then any sardo tight rack all by myself hehehe. Train your table as like said, mark out the very center of your table where the balls need to be racked and use the cueball to knock the top of each ball when it is in the rack to give that indentment and make shure you line them up everytime in the same spot i marked my table with a little white dots just my way anyways. good luck. Cole.

Thats what Corey does on the tables he plays on. When he's done he won't even bother with a rack, he just throws the balls up on the taple and racks them with his hands. After you do the training for the balls like you need to do with the sardo the rack isn't even necessary.

First ...

I think $150 is too much to spend on any rack ...

You could hire someone to follow you around and
rack for less than that .... lol
