It was great to see Dennis Searing roaming around the Expo this year. It's been three years since his last visit. It's always fun to see what's in his case. He had a match against another cuemaker, and he shoots with a Bushka-style cue that someone else built for Dennis.

Little Kenny had a big Searing in his booth (among other Searing cues), which was really the cue that was the talk of the show, which was individually displayed in its own case.

Another Searing in New2YouQs was another hot discussion, as this one was one of Dennis's playing cues that found its way into other people's hands.

And I got some of the Searing tips. If they're like anything else Dennis has his hands into, I expect nothing but the highest attention to quality. Like it's been stated before, he has someone else make them. That doesn't reduce their awesomeness.

La Finestra was done by Bob Manzino, he did have 3 other big Searings though.

Alex and I both have those Searing tips on our cues, at first I did not like it too much, felt muted compared to Kamui Black Soft and the KiTech one, but it grew one me. I think it would play similar to the non-black Kamuis.

I think they were referred to either for whom they were made or the current owner but they are not necessarily named.

Unfortunately I was also one of the cuemakers that Dennis beat with that cue. He beat me in the finals of the Cuemakers International 9-Ball Championship.
