Wondering who is going to this if any?

Usually I go and will again. If anyone is interested in meeting me and talking about mech stuff I would like to set something up early as my schedule is a bit full.

If we can get enough guys together I would make an agenda for things for us to talk about as a group.

It would be good for some of us to talk.

Look forward to meeting some of you guys. This is not a meeting to bash anyone and it will be run by me. Meetings have a date, start time and prepublished agenda so that they are productive. The group will be limited in size for sure. Fyi, as I have held 100's of meetings I will have ground rules.

John,
I don't want to sound stupid but what is the SBE?

Perhaps it would be a good chance to have a non formal meeting. We could all just go out to dinner and call it the AL Conte Tribute! He was the man!

Yes he was... The GodFather of this thing we do. That sounds like an excellant idea.

Ok then, I think that will be even better. Eating, drinking and telling stories.

OMG this will be so much fun. Lets limit it to 12.

thats 3 and counting, this will be fun. One of the greatest things about being a pool mech are the stories that we hear and tell. I love it! can't wait. Pat, you mentioned you had more I think also?

I'd say Don and I are planning on making it this year. Neither of us have attended the SBE, and would both like to check it out.

I'm in Dayton, about 3.5 hours from Akron. You can give him my # if you'd like.

Ok, I need a final count on who is planning to make dinner. It won't be at the usual dollar menu place but a nice Steak House near by.

Dinner will be at 5 and go to whenever, or maybe we go out after and have some fun.
Let me know thanks John

Count Don and I in. What's the date?

the 20th did I spell that write, and then they don't which words to use either

cents sense since it really makes the whole forum look bad, of course I have had my moments in that regard but you must consider the source

Write. Eye no what ewe mean. ;) Aggravates me two.

In my opinion though, I don't think it makes the forum look bad. It just takes away from that individual person's credibility and professionalism. It's so common any more that it's almost becoming the norm. That's the part that gets me is that society is making it acceptable to not know your own language. This may not be very PC, but it's sad to me that a lot of foreigners have a better understanding of English grammar, spelling, etc. than a lot of Americans.
