Schmelke Response Emails

For those of you that have ordered a custom from Schmelke, how long did it take to get a response on pricing? I sent my drawing a few days ago and havent heard anything back.

I go a week.... 5 business days. Then call if you don't hear anything.

They answer my emails either the same day or the next. Great customer service in my opinion.

That is way too long, last time I needed help I just thought about it, and they shipped me 4 cues. Never even had to call them. I'm not even a customer, it was amazing.

I talked to save few days back and he said they were very busy this time of the year, so communication might be a bit slow.

Glad I'm not the only one ordered a break jump about 2 weeks ago nothing yet haven't called since my first email they are saying 3 to 5 week time frame but who knows.
