Congratulations John!! I watched every match beginning with the one with Raj Hundal. I started watching you very closely against Strickland, you played unbeilevably all week. Thank you for signing my shafts, thank you for Earls ass whoopin and thank you for being the definition of a class act.

So jhon snap it off that great to hear, I was rooting for 2 others ,But Jhons a great guy and good sportsmen..
 
i was there watching the schmidt strickland game...talking to the guy who said he put up the money for him to play..by the stands..the fans went crazy when he beat Earl...Earl walked out of the playing area to the stands and made some complaints to some people in the stands about something and then walked out...I told John great game as he passed by...what a guy..and for the guy who staked him ..you lucky ...lucky dog... there was also a really nice guy who i talked to by the Brackets chart on Sunday morning...really nice guy in a motorized chair...wish i would have asked him his name..had a vip tag on. I did get to see some old friends..Dave Hodges the original owner of Parrot Cues before it was sold to Todd was there promoting his Chalk Off cleaner....and did any of you guys go down to the end where the fellow had the demonstration of the aiming device. I will say with out question. If you have a table you need to get this device. It will humble you in a second. It sits on the rail and it has a green light that you must aim to hit. It uses infared light to detect and record where you hit. It gives a tone to indicate if you hit on the spot and another tone if you do not. If you are off a millimeter it will read it...and Im telling you i can aim ....so i thought...eveyone that watched me kept saying man it looks like he is dead on but it tones that he missed the light..and i have to say as the cue ball rolled to the light i could tell i was just a hair..and i mean a hair off...It is a great device. I should have bought one..
 
To be honest, I can't think of another player I would rather see win the Open.

Congragulations John, I'm looking forward to watching US Open matches on Sportsnet later in the year.
 
I want to congradulate a super cool guy in Purdman, and an awesome player in John Schmidt. I don't think it could have happened to two nicer guys. Congrats to you both.

Congrats to John and Purdman, a real life AZB fairytale. You can't write stuff like this. I guess after running 400+ balls you feel like you just might be a little in stroke.

I just got home, had to leave when the final was at 7-2, but something told me it was going to John.

Again Congratulations and here's to continuing success to both you guys.
