Schon Cues

I have the same questions? Who is knowledgeable about Schon Cues. I was wondering what the most sought after Evan Clarke Schon model was that wasn’t special or limited edition I heard from 93 to 97and what the most desirable skull Schon model that also was not special or limited edition?
I don’t remember that Evan Clarke Schons were sought after, the regular series was always available. The LTD, SE and Unique cues were usually picked up fast by collectors and flippers.

It’s the R series frome the Bob Runde era that are were always more sought after

I completely agree that Runde are severely more popular, but the Playboy is pretty hard to find. I see more R12s than SL23s.

Best place to ask this is on the SchonCueCollectors FB page. Might ask Kevin at IntegrityCues, he buys/sells/trades a lot of Schon stuff.

Whenever I see "Integrity Cues" ads on Facebook I can't help but immediately think of Randy from Southpark. Tegrity...

They are good looking cues. Never was a fan of that heavy steel joint. I had a predator shaft I used on mine back in the 90s. I think their shafts are just way too stiff. Plus they deflect a a lot. I wish they made a flat faced cue. They would be totally awesome. They just need a longer taper. I think that would eliminate a lot of the deflection they have.

You can think what you want and the joint ain't where deflection live.s

DrDave on Squirt

Lots of great information DrDave has put togethe over the last 20 years. A couple things you've written have been long debunked over 25 years ago.
