Schön makes certain cue lines for certain dealers and labels them appropriately. CX is for Cuestix International.

so........the CX line is not a cheap line of cues, the lesser type of cue, then, right? its as good as playing cue as the other models, like the STL line, correct?

I just purchased a Schon LTD and asked the same questions, Evan from Schon said all the cues have the same quality and the shafts are basically the same also, I don't think you would get a bad product from Schon.

They both are high quality. The higher the model, generally, the better the cue. The STL/CX/LTD/etc. refers to either who they are manufactured for, or how many of them were made.

I've shot with 2 CX's, an STL-01, and my LTD...all of them put a killing on any other cue I have ever played with. If you want the best hitting cue for the least price, go with the cheaper ones, they play the same!
