interested in your cue

Hello, I am very interested in your cue. I think I saw it on ebay one day but then it was gone. I can make you an offer of 700.00. I know that may be low but since it is right after christmas that is the best I can do. Let me know what you can do. Dave Hutson

BG Dave,

yes it was on Ebay, and it was doing fairly well, it was up to 800 with a couple days left, but then, and this is a broken record story....my listing was cancelled, due to me listing a cue that has ivory...but I'm guessing that's really not the reason it was cancelled.

There was a fella who really was insisting on knowing my reserve on the cue, and I didn't want to divulge. He replied that he didn't understand why I didn't want to say what my reserve was, I told him to bid what he could, and good luck to him. Next thing I know, my listing is cancelled. Why? Due to me selling an item with dead mammal ivory/ blah blah blah...

My cue is for sale. It's a great cue, two shafts, everything perfect, rolls perfect, shafts cleaned and finished by Ed Young here in Chi town. It's a shame, this cue I never shoot with, has sit in my closet for years, and I want to unload to someone who can enjoy it.

I recently got a couple offers, and I'm waiting to hear back. I know it's a production cue, but it's 1 of 12. And, it's not like most 1 of 12's. Of the skull cues, this one in my opinion is the most unique. Having the "points" if you can call them that, in the forearm, I think is really cool. That's what drew me to the cue years ago. But I don't play much anymore, and someone should own this player, and play with it.

Or at least scare little children with it....it's a scary cue.

Any offers, let me know.

There was someone who offered some JB cases, but I never heard back.

> Unless I'm mistaken, that cue originally came from Billiard Pro Shop in Memphis. A local player at one time had one very similar to that, that was from the original 12,which I saw ALL of when they first came in. The one he had was unique in that a couple of the "ribs" were broke off. That's a sweet deal for that cue as well, the retail on them was around 2400. Tommy D.

My ribs is all there...none missing,..you could play the fiddle on them ribs and not miss a beat....

Which makes me wonder...anyone out there want to trade this cue for black hawk tickets? One of our Blackhawk players just busted up some ribs, It's a no brainer on my end....don't ask what made me think of this..

I'd trade this cue for Chicago Blackhaawks tickets....let me know if anyone is game for this....
