Without seeing what you are talking about exactly, I would guess, yes. There are/were "OM" Schons made for Omega as well.

In the case of that cue, I would now say no then..... :thumbup:

Again, just a guess, but given the cues age (early 90s), I would think it to be the original owners initials instead.
