Schon Warranty
If you are worried about the Schon Warranty, I would not try and do it myself.
If you are not worried about it, just find a way to heat up the bolt and back it out. The heat will release the glue. You will have to be careful not to unintentionally melt anything else in the vicinity of the bolt.
Evan does things to his cues for a reason. Things like that pilot matching up to the butt is more than just a pilot matching up to a butt. In this case, it may be just glue, but you will have to decide if you are willing to risk the expense of the cue to find out. In my experience, if you alter a Schon, you are asking for trouble. Unless you are a cue maker.
