If you are playing scotch doubles and you shoot out of turn, is it still your turn to shoot on the next inning? Or is it your partners turn at the table on the next inning?
I assume it's your partners turn at the table because if not you would be shooting three times in a row.
I think this prevents a stronger safety player from PURPOSELY shooting out of turn.
