Scott just got into town yesterday I believe so I am sure he will be hitting some balls for some practice the next couple of days to get ready for Friday.

If my fellow AZers are attending and see a short Italian guy carrying around a bottle of bud light, or even a tall boy of budlight feel free to say hi to me. I don't get to travel to meet others, so would be nice to put some faces to the names on here.

The artist who took the photos that I gathered from the internet and made these toon heads is Ted Gillespie of tgstoonheads. Ted was an artist with Disney and while retired still resides in Southern California.

Some big names coming to the 9 ball today including Skyler woodward, chad vilmont, Bobby McGrath, Dustin Gunia, and some other champions....Calcutta could get sick for this one.

Update bracket (play resumes about now). There were a couple of no shows so they had 2 players fill in.

One pocket calcutta payouts will be $5800, $4350, $3000, and $1340.


I was there early on (about 215) and Scott was there helping out moving chairs, tables, busy as could be. He only hit maybe a few balls before his first match and while he played pretty well, he wasn't in top form. Hopefully he got some good sleep last night to turn it up a notch today. What a great event for a great cause!
