Scott Lee pool lesson

Charlie...Thanks for letting come up to your house to work with you. Your daughters are very precocious, and definitely a handfull! LOL We had a great day, and I'm looking forward to seeing you again. I wanted to get a Maine lobster dinner after our lesson, but it was too late and everything was closed. :frown: Next time, I'm coming in the summer! :D

Scott spent 8 hrs with me earlier this week. Well more like 10+ than 8 but it flew by. Scott is as others have pointed out ...Very easy to be with and enter act with.

Found my stroke was pretty good, need to work on consistency of bridge and speed. This will of coarse help with shape which is much needed. Scott pointed out why I wasn't getting the draw I thought I should. I have plenty of drills to work with but for now I'm working on my stroke first.

I will do this again after a few months of work..

I just wanted to chime in and say thanks for a great lesson. That beautiful Diamond in Ed's place was fun to hit a few on too.

The video analysis you provided on my stroke was by far the most instructive part of the lesson so far. Incorporating a slight pause and a complete follow through has helped me tremendously. Getting position is now easier because I'm more in control of the cue ball speed. I've had a number of B&R's on the practice table since the lesson and look forward to refining my game even more as time goes on.

Great feedback pogmothoin! I had a great time working with you too, and look forward to hearing about your contiued improvement! Hope to see you again, when I am in NJ again!

Well, the DCC is finally over! :( I had a great time, and managed to get in four lessons in Louisville too...Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then drove to Chicago last night in a blinding snowstorm. Almost couldn't get there, but I made it in about 10pm. There's 1-2 feet of snow everywhere today, and side streets are a mess. I've got a lesson in Joliet tomorrow, and will be heading north to Green Bay WI in a few days. Several people have expressed interest. Anybody between Chicago-Milwaukee-Green Bay can still PM me to hook up.

Hi Scott. I was planning meeting up with Lance but work got crazy and I took a job in New Orleans. See around

Hey Scott,

Sorry I missed you at Derby this year.

I had to cancel the trip with 4 other Pool Repairmen and CueMan that rented an RV,

Since I gave my word that I would be around when the GPPA was supposed to re-start the second session.

But, No go with the GPPA, I had the Original 4 Teams from the 1st Session and I had 17 New Teams that had signed up. I did my part growing this area, but it takes the whole company to keep things going and they didn't do there part.

Sucks but it is what it is, I just am pissed that I missed out on Derby and Sharing the 2 Booths. But, There is next year and I am putting it on my Calendar Now and any up and coming events around this time next year will have to GIVE WAY.

I will be at the West Coast Challenge in April,

I have been working with Jeremiah Gage that you know and have helped with the Bullseye Billiards Game. As you know, I have always loved the Target Pool Game with my younger students and just as another training reasource that you can have many people playing and learning from at the same time.

Anyway, I have worked out a business relationship with Jeremiah for distributing the games in this area and I have already sold some, so you will probably see more and more in this area. I will have about 50 Custom Cues with me at the WCC but I am mainly going to be setting up to present and sell the 'BULLSEYE BILLIARDS Game' as a Vendor.

I also have some Bullseye Billiards GOLF Tournaments in the works and am hoping to put on 2 before the WCC. I will let you know when and which poolhall will be hosting and maybe you can come out and participate or give some advice on how it works out. You can give Jeremiah some firsthand opinions on the viability of this type of tournament??

When you get back to Home, Largo, Florida. Give me a call and lets get together at crooked cue and shoot a bit.

Travel safe and the Mid 70 degree weather is waiting.

Mike...That's a shame about the GPPA. I thought it might just work, with what happened last session. Sorry you missed the DCC...it was a barnburner! I'll be back in FL soon, and will give you a call to meet up at Crooked Cue!
