here is a cue i finished for Paul Tocci of Nashua N.H. it has a 3 inch ivory butt sleeve with his family crest scrimshawed on 2 sides .the scrimshaw work was done by Bob Hergert. check out his website http://www.scrimshander.com he does some nice work. has silver ring work and birdseye forearm with 4 ebony and maple points. there are 4 ebony diamonds with nocthed ivory diamonds inside them at the base of the forearm.

Very nice looking cue Mr. C youre putting out some real nice looking cues and you are located close by..............:)

Awesome details in the Scrimshaw.
Thanks for posting the pictures and the link.
Really enjoyed all.

Ok, sorry for not knowing this already, but Joe, what is the name of your cues? I've never seen this ring work before (which is very nice I might add...) and the cue itself looks just as good. Thanks.

Joe,

Beautiful work. It's really coming along nicely.

I still have Ron Tocci's name label. Is Emil any relation?

Chris

I just sign my name to the cues or put my intials in the butt sleeve.Tate I asked Ron but he is not sure if they are related

I would like to see an overall photo of the cue. I also loved the ringwork on the stick. I am not a big fan of heavy scrimshaw work, but this looks pretty nice.

i hope joe doesn't mind, but here's a close-up of the scrimshaw cue (excuse the glare) and some more examples of joe's work (some in-progress).
