Scruggs "sneaky" pete?

All the time guys post pics of Tim Scruggs Sneaky Pete's here or on ebay and when you see the picture, there is nothing sneaky about it at all. IT seither got the phenolic, ivory, or steel joint, a phenolic buttcap, a hoppe ring... you name it.

This guy actually takes a real, legitimate Scruggs Sneaky Pete (with the TS logo woodburned between the points) and then has a linen wrap put on it!!!
How un-sneaky is that? Go figure.

I am in the process of having 5 REAL sneaky petes made from selected and now hard to find AMERICAN Valley Supremes. 4 are Purpleheart and 1 is Bocote. They will have piloted joint like many of the Scruggs petes and satin finish. No joint rings. All original printing will be left on the cue for the house cue look.

I had one made a few weeks ago and I love it, especially for bar table pool. The joint moves the balance forward nicely. I'll post them for sale here on AZBilliards as soon as they are completed.

Was there something in this post that made you think that he was going to post the cues for sale in the Gallery section? Did he say that somewhere? Did he say "I'm going to post them for sale in the Gallery section just to piss Jimbo off?"

Is it your responsibility now to make sure that everyone posts everything in the proper forum? Have you been promoted from "Design Police" to "Forum Police"? Is it now part of your charter to make sure you hammer people over what they may possibly do at some point in the future? Do you now own this forum?

Hey Boogie-

Isn't that only "half" of a real sneaky pete? ;) By the way, love that Tommy Migliore (TNS cues) burl cue next to it. That is one truly outstanding looking and playing cue. Lizard wrap put on by Paul Fanelli, right?

Oh, and I'm not really into guys so I don't know about the looks comment but sorry Bob, Ken plays just a little better! :D
