I am sorry I have to contact you this way as I have PM'ed you a couple of times but have not received any response. Appreciate if you can let me know when the cues were shipped as I have not received them. Cues that I ordered after yours have already arrived.

YOU HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. I'VE DEALT WITH BRIAN AND HE IS A STRAIGHT UP GUY. I NOTICED YOUR LOCATION IS LISTED AS SINGAPORE. MAYBE THEY ARE CAUGHT UP IN CUSTOMS?

wouldn't worry if it was me

I'll make sure to tell him to check the board when I see him later tonight

No Worries Here!

I purchased an Exceptional TS cue from Brian in the past month or so with no problems whatsoever. I sent him the $$$ he sent me the cue as promised -- BUT, the cue was better than Brian had described.

G-Man, your in Singapore or somewhere in the FarEast.....it ain't Texas dude -- it takes time to ship overseas.

Heck, I just returned a cue back East here in the States and it took 10 days. I just recently bought a cue from a fellow over here on Vancouver Island ( I could get there in 4 hours by boat ) and he just got my money order two days ago ( after about a week ) and I should have the cue tomorrow " If I'm LUCKY"

G-Man, have yourself a Scotch and sit back & relax.....Scrubbsinhand is a straight up guy and will fullfill his obligations to you without any doubt!

Best Regards,

Ken :)

P.S. -- Just food for thought, if you have a problem with somebody here on AZ please send them a pm or contact them by phone or private email before you even think about posting a negative thread here.....PLEASE!?

Hi Gee,

FYI.

If he have shipped by USPS Global Priority, it would take 10-14 days to reach Singapore.

If he shipped by USPS Express, the cue will still take 4-10 days to reach.

If he shipped by FEDEX or UPS. Probably 3-5 days, irregardless of whether its express or not. Overnight would probably take 3 days flat but the fees are exorbitant and not worth it.

Note that if the cues were declared at their normal value, it might end up in the customs, where u be liable for taxes to retrieve them. When that happens u will get a nice letter from the customs asking u to personally retrieve your items (and pay GST).

Well, that just makes you hate those deceiving sellers :D :p

Lots of stand-up people in this forum, I wouldn't hesitate buying/selling items with many people here.

This is why I always use a shipping method with a tracking number. It only costs $5-10 more.

If you have read my post, you will have notice that I said I have no choice but to post in the open forum because I wasn't getting a response from my PMs. As a matter of fact, I don't consider trying to contact Brian a negative post since it could well be that he never got the PMs in the first place.

I was asking for a tracking # and it is now apparent that there wasn't one in the first place. Well, if I have been told the first time I asked that would have been it.

Brian is a real nice guy, but I couldn't manage to get a deal finished, simply because of slow/lack of communication. It could be a spam filter on his email - I don't know...or it could be a mail server problem on my end.
