I would be interested in that bottom one...just from a perspective of how much it sells for. Doubt I could afford it.

How thoughtful is this:
"I'm including the 2 matching shafts with ivory ferrules and Moori tips, all insured within the 48 states for just $28.55."

You get a Searing cue AND the shafts!

Bill, I'd bet dollars to donuts you're up against a shill bidder. When I see I'm up against a zero feedback bidder on a higher dollar item, I take my shot and then I'm gone.

I'm looking forward to playing with a new Searing later in the year. With any luck it be my number one playing cue. Any preference of hit between his full size steel joint and his ivory joint?

"short joint"? what's the deal with the short joint?
A Tascarella would have a "full size" steel joint, Dennis' half joint is about half the length still piloted 5/16 14 but is supposed to hit more like a wood to wood joint
I pretty sure this is how Dennis explained it to me

short joint

Andy Gilbert does this sometimes on his SS and ivory jointed cues as well. It does change the hit noticeably.

It's corrcectly called a half joint by dennis, and it is awesome. you won't be disappointed.

Searring joint

I have a titlest conversion coming from dennis and he wouldnt do an ivory joint. he said he prefered the half joint. I told him to do whatever he wanted. the guy is a master at his craft. Cue should be done anytime.

LET ME SEE NOW,ANOTHER ZERO BIDDER SHOWS UP ABOUT 12 HOURS BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES AND BIDS JUST UNDER WHAT EVERYONE KNOWS YOU BID SINCE THE OTHER ZERO SCOPED YOU OUT AND BIDS JUST UNDER YOUR BID SO THE PRICE GOES TO THE HIGHEST AMOUNT YOU BID SO YOU HAVE TO PAY 500 MORE THAN WHAT IT MIGHT HAVE SOLD FOR. THAT WAY ITS TOO LATE FOR YOU TO PULL YOUR BID,THATS WHAT SHILL BIDDING IS!! THIS IS WHAT EBAY IS ABOUT NOW,ITS NOT WHAT THE CUES ARE WORTH BUT WHAT THE SELLER CAN SNOOKER YOU INTO PAYING FOR IT. THOSE ARE SOME NICE SEARING BILL,PUT ONE UP AND SEE WHAT IT WOULD GO FOR WITHOUT ALL THIS HORSE SHIT GOING ON ON EBAY.ALTHOUGH EBAY IS A BARGAIN HUNTER PLACE AND NEVER WAS A TRUE VALUE OF A CUE. SOMEONE LIKE CORNERSTONE CUE WOULD HAVE SOME MORE QUALITY BUYER TO CONNECT WITH BUT EBAY IS A CRAP SHOOT FOR CUES.LOL,I WOULD EMAIL THE SELLER AND COMPLAIN ABOUT ZERO'S.EBAY SHOULD HAVE A POLICY THAT QUALIFIES BUYER BEFORE THEY CAN BID ON ITEM'S LIKE SAY 2 OR 2 THOUSAND TO HELP MAKE AUCTIONS MORE HONEST :)

I guess Im the shill bidder. New to ebay and the forum so I didint know what that meant until today. Enjoy the cue DAK.Honestly I wanted to acquire a great cue at great price. Didnt mean to jack-up the auction just for kicks. Im not gonna exceed my max bid of 2500.00. 3 hours left- looks like you're gonna be the winning bidder.

you accusing me of somethin???

if he didnt want to pay that much i imagine he wouldnt have bid that much and let it ride!

what does cornerstone have to do with anything?
1.I DIDDNT MENTION YOUR NAME DID I SO WHAT IN THE WORLD COULD MAKE YOU POSIBLY THINK YOUR INVOLVED IN SOME WAY?
2. CORNERSTONE,I USE TO BE EBAY BIG TIME,NOW I THINK ITS BETTER TO DEAL WITH A DEALER WITH ALL THE GAMES BEING PLAYED ON EBAY,THE LAST 3 CUES I GOT WERE DEALERS AND IF YOU ASKED ME 3 YEARS AGO ABOUT BUYING FROM A DEALER I WOULD HAVE LAUGHED.NOT JUST BILL,BUT CUEADDICTS,JOE,OR ANY OF THEM ARE SOMETIMES BETTER NOW .

OH,2500 IS YOUR MAX? THATS FUNNY SINCE THE OTHER ZERO HAD TO BID 2600 SOMETHING TO OUT BID BILL SO YOU THOUGHT BY SOME MIRCALE THAT 2500 WOULD OUT BID BILL .ITS EVEN FUNNIER THAT YOU KNOW ALL THE SITES LIKE AZBILLIARDS AND YOU JUST WOKE UP OUT OF A COMA AND DISCOVERED EBAY? SO NOW TO CLEAR THIS WHOLE THING UP YOU MIGHT GO AND OUT BID BILL BECAUSE BILL MIGHT FIND OUT WHO THESE BIDDERS ARE AND ITS A SMALL WORLD!
