Jeannie Seaver has won just over half of the annual Tiger Pool Tour’s “Cues for the Cure” event, held to support the work of “Susan G. Komen” (formerly “Susan G. Komen for the Cure” and originally, “The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation”). The organization “focuses on patient navigation and advocacy, providing resources for breast cancer patients to understand the American medical system” and “(funds) research into the causes and treatment of breast cancer.” This past weekend (Sat., Oct. 14), at the 15th annual “Cues for the Cure,” Jeannie Seaver went undefeated to win it for the 8th time. The event drew 25 entrants to its regular host, Stephanie Mitchell’s Corner Pocket in Largo, FL.
