Hello AZB! If you don't know me my name is Jeff Duke and I live in Erie,PA. I've been playing since I was 16yrs. old, and I'm 34 now, so about 18yrs. In my years I've accomplished many feats in this game that most will never have a chance to, and for that I'm very thankful and very lucky. They will always be fond memories of a game I once truly loved with players I've admired, but I am thinking that may now be a thing of the past. The sport is not doing well and I've grown a little tired of the 'pool-player attitude' in and around my area...So I've been thinking that now might be the time to hang onto my cherished memories and remember the game as it used-to be rather than now, and get out. It's not going to be so easy for me though because if I have anything left I will always look at it and wonder 'what if'. It's best for ME if I just get rid of it all, and follow up more intensely on my other hobby, Photography!! In order for me to leave, I have some cues I need to get rid of but I wanna get rid of it ALL or none of it. I'd prefer to sell it all in one deal and let the buyer worry about breaking it up and selling whatever to whomever. Here's my list of what I can think of right now:
1/2: A matching set of PH sneaky petes made by Bob DZ in 2006 - 1 is my beloved J/B!! The player is approximately 19oz and the J/B is closer to 20oz. I'm not sure either has a weight bolt yet, my kids are in bed but I'll look later. A bad pic is in my signature but you'll get the idea. Yes they both have J. Duke in the hoppe rings. Both come with 1 shaft but an extra is available for both for $75 each. 3/8x10 joint for both
3: I also have a PH jump butt matching these sneaky pete cues but it has a white buttcap, NOT a 'hoppe ring' like the cues. 3/8x10 joint also
4: I have a Predator 314(2) in awesome barely used condition I use with the player sneaky pete. 3/8x10 joint
5: I have a Pechauer PRO-H wine I recently got in trade and it has 2 shafts. 1 has a black trim ring and 1 is 'hustler style' with no trim ring! It's approximately 19oz. The shaft WITH the black trim ring has a slight warp a couple inches from the bottom of the ferrule but it hasn't affected MY play and I'm not sure if it would affect yours. 5/16x14 'speed joint' on this cue
6: I have a black INSTROKE 3x7 vinyl case which needs cleaned but has no tears. There are some scuffs on the back from taking it in/out of my locker at the pool room, but maybe with some black shoe polish they can look good again? I had a photo on the front above top pocket so glue remains but it just needs cleaned off - I've been too lazy!
7: I have a used once Measels cueball for learning english - no packaging but in great shape
8: I have a 2x4 blue jean material 'Rembrandt' case by Imperial sports I think. The zipper has a 'wizard' on it.
I have other DZ shafts 3/8x10 joint with black trim ring 13mm 'stiff taper' for $75 each and (1) DZ shaft with short ferrule and a MED. Moori tip 12.75mm for $75 also. The moori tipped shaft has a ding in it not far from ferrule, but it can probably be swelled out or filled in. It's a bar league shaft for me.
If I can just sell the cues and the Instroke case I think that would 'seal the deal' for me as I can piece out the rest myself here in town to local players in need. Do I hear $850 for the cues and the case? I'll throw in the jump butt, Masters chalk, shapers, patches for league play, a tip pik, etc. for $900 but won't throw it in for a penny less. I'm sure you'd be happy with these cues and such, I was!
Paypal IS an option and I'm willing to split the fees with you but I'd prefer money orders of some sort. Walmart or Giant Eagle money orders are best but we can discuss it if there is any interest in this stuff? I'm an honest seller here and on Ebay, just ask around! My Ebay username is Yamahariderr6
