Selling Personal Cues Due to Neck Arthritis

Carom players and enthusiasts: I am having difficulty playing much caroms due to acute arthritis in my neck and from a past anterior cervical discectomy. I am selling my personal cues to help fund health costs that my insurance doesn't cover. I love these cues and they play exceptionally well. They are in excellent condition ( I treat my stuff with respect).

So I understand correctly, each cue has only one shaft, by Tiger?
And the case is included, with the extensions?
