Ok...really wasn't sure as I don't usually count so I decided to try it now.

2. 6
3. 2
4. 1
Heck...I started off good.Kinda lost my mojo there at the end.
{Sorry for the late response, I have been on the road and outside of internet contact for a couple of days.}
{And in response to DoubleD}::
The first two tests are designed to measure the mechanical aspects of your stroke, the second two the conceptual aspects of seeing difficult shots. You have scored well on mechanical, and a little low on conceptual. Had you scored well on both, your 'game' would be ready for training in the mental aspects of the game.
Your first two scores are similar to mine, however I generally get 8s and 9s on the 3rd test and 6s and 7s on the 4th. (I' an APA 6)
As it is, you still have some work to do on banks and kicks (and likely getting that precision in cue ball placement (control) after contact). These will bring you up to the point where getting your mental game in order is the next step (not that getting you mental game in order now would hold you back in any way).
Thus, I suggest, in addition to your regular practice sessions, bank and kick drills. After a week or so, you will get these under control much like long straight shots and delicate cuts. After that point, it IS time for some lessons in the mental side of the game.
