Setting up a 3C table - HELP!!! :^)

I have a 3C table set up, but I need to know 2 things:

1. How far from the headspot (to the left and right), are the 2 cueball spots supposed to be? To be clear, I am asking where to draw the spots?

2. What are the very best 3C ball available, and from where should I get them?

I guess that's 3 questions, but I can't find this stuff anywhere on the interwebs.

TIA - SphinxnihpS

The international standard is 18.25cm for question 1. I think you can find this on the UMB web site.

#2: Aramith pro tournament balls. Meullers has them. They're the spotted ones. If the customer doesn't want spotted, get the red/yellow/white Aramith set.

Aramith are the only balls to get.

I wonder how many tables are set up correctly. 2.54 CM/Inch
7.185" from center equals 18.25 cm

Thanks for the responses.

As for where the info can be found outside of your heads, there is no website or .pdf document available on the web which has it, and I am the google master; not even wiki has it! It is also not available on usenet or irc, nor have any of the world's governing or sanctioning bodies responded to my emails. I knew I could get the answers here, but you'd think this stuff would be easy to find elsewhere. Someone should post all the rules to all the games and every variant here. There should be a forum devoted it. I think this would be a valuable tool.

Thanks again for all your help!:)

You would think U. S. Billiard Assocation http://www.usbilliardassn.org would have information for table markings on their site.
