Seybert's free shipping

Yesterday, around midday, I ordered a jump-break cue with a tip upgrade (Samarsa) and a couple of odds and ends from Seyberts.

I wasn't in a hurry for the cue so I chose the free shipping option. It arrived via UPS this morning! Literally, less than 24 hours.

It was so well packed that it took me longer to unpack it than it took them to deliver it.

My first reaction was "I'll bet they forgot the tip upgrade...otherwise how could they ship it out so fast?" Well, it had the correct tip. Do they do so much volume that they have upgraded shafts in stock???

Thanks to the AZers who recommended Seyberts to me.

I ordered a 30" ob classic pro shaft with kamui ss. After a few days they told me that it would take some time to get the 30" shaft but if I choose a 29" shaft then they would ship it out immediately. I did that then 3 days later they contacted me and said they dont have kamui tips but in a few days they would have them in stock again.

So at the end it took 2 weeks till they shipped it out and I had to take a 29" shaft and I had to change the tip too because they didnt have kamuis...

That's quick for a special request. You must live in the UPS Ground one day delivery zone of where they ship from.

I had a similar situation with seyberts I ordered a tiger shaft at 11am on a Tuesday and by 6pm the
next night I was using it in my league. Doesn't hurt that I live only a few hours away but I was blown away at how fast it came.

I've had nothing but POSITIVE experiences with Seybert's. I know that no company is perfect, but I honestly enjoy surfing their website and feel like I'm getting great customer service when it's time to pull the trigger.

And no, I'm in no way affiliated with them.

Same here, in fact I have a package of odds and ends being delivered today. I mainly use Seyberts and Pooldawg (both supporters of this site) and have not had any major problems. I did once have an order arrive minus one item that was back-ordered. Wish they had told me it was out of stock but oh well, people make mistakes. Now whenever I place an order I ask.

Generally I've found the customer service excellent with both of them.

The one small item I ordered from them arrived in just a few days, very reasonable given the distance.

Yes, Seybert's is in Michigan and I'm in Illinois. Both of our states are going bankrupt but at least we get good UPS service between the two.

I ordered a new Schon shaft from Seybert's last week and the shipping was super fast. The shaft is great too. Excellent customer service.

I just ordered my cue from Seyberts. "Cory", lead me through the entire process and was extremely helpful; even calling Schon regarding availability, exact cue cosmetics and promptly calling me back.

At his suggestion, I was able to add Cocobolo joint protectors and the two pack Magic Rack with Seybert points, whatever they are, and his price still beat the competition handily.

Got my cue and saved me a later order for JP's and Magic racks .

I also have had great service from seyberts.
I am in WI so it gets to me either 2 or 3 days max.
I have bought from them many times and I will buy from them again.

I started dealing with Seyberts about the end of 2011. A real pleasure to deal with. I bought a few Predator cues and few OB shafts. Also used their custom shop to change a wrap and cut a groove and add a wrap to a sneaky. They appreciate their customers and seem to do things right.
